Great item for the price. And so much fun to paint. However a few of the paints were pretty dried up. (The ones with less paint) Thankfully I was able to add a little water and tiny bit of a similar color of paint and made it work. These pictures look just like our cat and dog that passed within the last 2 years. I love there small size.

So I am NOT remotely artistic at all and I definitely haven’t ever painted anything before in my life. My friend suggested that I try these paint by numbers to help relax/calm my mind down and I figured I’d just do it and throw it away…. Once I started painting and getting the hang of it, I couldn’t stop! It’s incredibly easy to paint, the paint quality is actually really good, it comes with a few small paint brushes but I actually ordered a better set after about halfway through the painting. It SHOCKED me how well this turned out, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

As shocking as it is that an inexpensive kit would equate to poor quality, this is yet another example of getting what you pay for. Cheap is cheap. If you're thinking of getting this, keep in mind that the product images you're shown are 100% AI generated and not representative of what you'll get. They're only 10 inches, which is much smaller than the product images imply. The product images show vibrant colors, which you'll never get with the cheap acrylics in the kit; for that, you'd need much higher quality watercolors or maybe something oil based. And there are more colors shown in the product images than are actually in the paintings. Speaking of colors in the kit... At best, this kit would be average. Cheap but in a low commitment kind of way. Unfortunately, quality control is just not there. The canvas shows 13 colors and our kit was only shipped with 12. So, yah, missing a color. Considering the product image shows several shades of green and our kit had 0 shades of green, we're thinking that's what was missing. Overall, cannot recommend.

I only paid $5.99 for this item and you get what you pay for, unfortunately. All but one or two of the paint pots were completely dried out and useless. I would NOT recommend this product.

These two small paintings were fun to do and look great but a lot of the paint was dry and required flow aid to make it usable, and one pot was dried solid and could not be revived. I'm replacing that pot with one left over from another kit that is similar.

Colors were sharp and bright, covered well, used my own brushes . The patience is needed for the tiny areas of the house needing magnifying glass but that is to be expected . No difficulties or problems 😊
