I received it damaged which could've happened during the shipping process. The bottom where the batteries go in was smashed so i can't get the full benefit but it still cleans nicely just wish i could've used it with the batteries in it

Worked great- but only two times. Died, won't turn back on. Put in brand new batteries. Nothing. Wish it would have lasted at least a couple months. All heads did their job except the biggest one. Had high expectation, excised to get it to clean tile grout but very disappointed. It does not have enough power to rotate the brush. It is very slow and weak even with brand new batteries. Would not recommend.

I bought this cleaner one year ago and used it about 5 times. I just got it out to use again and it won't work. I changed the batteries confirming that they're oriented correctly, and it won't start. What a piece of junk!
