The media could not be loaded. I chose this crib because it was the perfect size for my small apartment and offered everything I needed, storage for diapers, wipes, and creams. The removable diaper-changing attachment was a great bonus, but what really sold me was the storage space underneath. Another key feature was its foldable design, which made it ideal for our recent move. We were able to take it on a road trip, use it in temporary housing, and easily set it up in our new home. I also bought a mattress to make it more comfortable for my baby. We've been using it for five months now. Initially, I thought I’d switch to a fixed crib once we settled in, but this one has exceeded my expectations. I don’t think I’ll need to buy another. One downside is that the mattress size isn’t standard, so finding fitted sheets has been a bit tricky. I may just need to size up. Also, some parts of the diaper-changing piece aren’t removable, so I haven’t been able to machine wash it, which makes cleaning a bit more difficult. Overall, I highly recommend this crib and look forward to using it as a pack-and-play as my baby grows.

UPDATE: June 30, 2024 After my initial 1 star review, the seller was prompt to reach out to help address any issues I was having. Customer service has been top notch and ultimately I have decided to change my 1 star to a 4. They were in constant communication and did everything they possibly could to help. That’s a rare find these days. Their help and continuous support was much appreciated. I would still stress that the inability to find replacement sheets and the portability of this pack ‘n play was a significant downfall with this item. However, if you are keeping this stationary it should work well for you. It truly has all the items I was looking for in a pack ‘n play. And yes, eventually my husband was able to get it disassembled, but it took a bit and a lot more muscle than I had. There was definitely something wrong with the release button. ———————————————————— I purchased this because I loved the fact that it could be used as a bassinet for those early days and then later be used as a pack’n play. I also liked the extended length of it until I realized that finding fitted sheets for it was not an option. My biggest issue right now is the fact that it is currently setup in my living room and I cannot disassemble it. I purchased this last month and finally got around to unboxing it and checking everything out. I wanted to make sure I had all the parts and pieces before baby arrives next month. All was going well until I tried to take it down. Now, I have owned a few pack’n plays along the way and I understand how they work. I read the instructions on this particular one and understand that it is just like any other pack’n play. I got the first side to release. No issue there. Went to the other side, made sure the bottom still had slack, pulled up on the side and pushed the button. Nothing happened. I tried over and over and double checked everything. My husband has tried. He’s very mechanically inclined so when I can’t get something to work I pass the project off to him. He couldn’t get it to release either. So now we have an oversized pack’n play in our living room that cannot be broken down. I obviously cannot return it like this because it can’t be shipped back fully assembled. I can’t take it with me when we want to use it at other places because it’s not mobile. We are getting ready to move and I’m not even sure what to do with this thing during the move because it has to stay fully assembled. I’m at a loss. I need this company to reach out because I’ve had zero luck finding a place on here to contact the seller.

I was so excited when I ordered this last November… but I pulled it out for the first time today to use it and it is the absolute most difficult thing I’ve ever had to put together! You have to tug, yank, pull in all different directions just to get the freaking thing to latch and not all sides want to latch. It shouldn’t take 10 MINUTES to get sides to lock! And that was just two! It is absolutely not worth the price and I DO NOT recommend this product…. And it does not seem very sturdy when I put my child in it. It bottoms out and he’s only one! I am past the point of returning it. I didn’t have a need to use it until today. I am very frustrated and angry….

Absolutely love this item! It has so many safety features and it didn’t take too long to set up by myself (~30mins while reading instructions, lol). It has a sheet for the mattress insert, which is very breathable and cushioned more than I thought it would be. The padded cushioned sides are soft and just gorgeous! The changing table sits on top of the bassinet area, and zips into the right side of the play pen, and It’s still big enough to fit my 4mo nephew in! The diaper organizer was a bit difficult to attach but once I had it in the right spot it wasn’t too hard. The mattress for the bassinet velcros underneath the bars as an extra safety feature, as well as the mat below it! It also has bed anchors and the side lowers down as well! 😍 it’s very accessible and a very decent size! So long as you lock it into place properly, it’s extremely sturdy as well! Once locked, the bottoms on the side bars lock as well. 🤩 I love the detachable mobile, it’s adorable. It has lockable wheels too, so it’s easy to move around the house, but I’m still figuring those locks out, haha. All in all, this is an extremely well thought out product and I absolutely love it! No true complaints here, 5/5⭐️ (It is a bit heavy, but nothing I can’t handle atm.😌) Edit to add: I can not for the life of me put this thing away!! 😫😫😮💨 one button will not unlatch and when it finally does, it refuses to push up correctly. And the lock on the bottom doesn’t actually lock the poles underneath either. Not too happy right now.
