    • This Item does not work.
I can't blame the seller, but this Item came with a damaged motor, and there is no motion of any Axis. Seller is trying to help, but it's not solving the issue. The packaging was badly damaged on arrival. The delivery driver was supposed to get a signature, but dropped off the machine and left. By the time the machine was totally unboxed, there was no way to box it up again to send it back if I wanted to. The machine seems to be well made, but that doesn't matter because it doesn't work. I followed all directions from MACH3 support. MACH support says that the problem is a hardware issue, not a software issue. The machine comes with no instructions. Seller sent some instruction file, but I don't read Chinese, and it's not translated to English very well. Total disappointment. Frustrating. ... show more

    • Unreliable Equipment
This machine has potential but due to the lack of assistance and instructions I would not recommend this for a beginner. The machine I received was damaged and I had to climb mountains to get an exchange. The learning curve is quite extreme due to the use of Mach3 software which is not included so you can add another 175 dollars to the cost. The second machine I received had issues with the controller overheating and creating a lot of scrap wood. Last but not least is the ability to get replacement parts if something breaks, you are on your own. ... show more
