She can’t see the shine anymore which is too bad because it’s really like a gorgeous ring when you can actually see it I’ve always like washed it with a little brush and cleaned on the inside, but it was evident that the top of the ring is entirely scratched

Have had for about 2 weeks and the stone is cloudy and not sparkly at all. It was fine at first but after after a week I noticed it just looks cloudy. Won’t even wear it there is no point. The prongs are loose they get stuck in my hair.
