The reason it's a 4 star and not a 5 star is because of one major issue, the Gem can pop out, and if you like having things in your ass for long periods of time, then this could pose a serious problem (people go to the ER because of butt plugs getting sucked in) butt (pun intended) besides that it's easy to use and the app is amazing to navigate
