Great color although I don't see how it's color changing. Subtle pigment but that's what I wanted. Not hydrating but looks great with a lip oil. I don't know how long it will last but that's not a concern for me. I eat and drink a lot and most lip products don't last very long on me. I appreciate how secure the package was. I'm hesitant to buy make up products from Amazon but each tube was in a separately sealed box. To avoid extra plastic they could probably do without the first layer around both boxes. ... show more

I have a similar lip balm from catkin that's more expensive and it also turns my lips a faint pink (which is a big help, my natural lipcolor is literally pasty-skin color, so without some sort of tint, I look ill) and I was hoping the carrot version here would be a more affordable and warm-toned version. The second it went on my lips it turned a much brighter magenta/fuschia pink that's not the most flattering hue. It is however a nice formula and for the price, I'm happy to have it as my at-home balm. The packaging was nice, two gold boxes with two lipsticks. Nothing can be as fancy-nice as the catkin version, and these feel very cheap plasticy in comparison but both worked fine and that's what matters. They're not too sheer, the color comes in quickly and they're vibrant. I'd say if you have really muted/desaturated skin that these colors will not be for you, as the Aloe and Strawberry are very bright pink. Although, they're sheer though, so I can get away with just wearing a very thin layer for a little pinkness added. However one of the lipsticks, the Cherry, came completely broken. Like, broken in half as well as the tip squished. Super disappointed and irritated about that because it was the only color that looked amazing on me. ... show more

I was very skeptical about this product but gave it a try. I was looking for a lip tint or something that would give me a natural pink color to my lips without looking like lipstick. I tried the alovera first and wow it gave my lips a pinkish natural tone that i was looking for. They feel like chap stick so your lips feel moisturized but with a nice natural color. I never thought that the color on the stick would look different on the lips and it does!. I love the color it gives once on the lips. Overall Iโ€™m pleased with this product. I really like all 3 of these. They go on easily and give nice colors (on African American skin). They do have to be replenished, but all lip colors do that. They leave the lips, cheeks feeling nourished and looking healthy. Going to buy again so I can have them everywhere.
