Wish I'd have known about this stuff years ago. It's cheap and incredible. Easy to wrap a finger with one hand, sticks, then a few drops of super glue at the seam and it's G2G. I work HVAC/Refrigeration so needless to say I get a lot of sticks/scrapes/cuts from large to small and one bandage applied with a little gauze and just a tiny amount of super glue where the seam is and it lasts *all day long* when band aids or anything else usually last an hour at most. One hint, it tends to tighten up a little so wrap it lightly because if you don't you'll feel it start to cut off your circulation, but I still can't get over how awesome and CHEAP this stuff is. ... show more

    • You can't beat Coban!
You can't beat Coban when it comes to holding a dressing in place without the use of tape, even in those awkward to dress places like fingers and joints. It's great for wrapping joints that need a little extra support and is fantastic for compression. If there's a wound that needs dressed and needs a some extra cushion to prevent pressure (like a toe or heel) this is my go to. It's also great to use on pets when you want them to not lick or chew at a wound since it doesn't get tangled up in fur and doesn't need any fasteners. I saw a few reviewers that complained about being unable to find the beginning of the roll Due to it's fantastic self-adhering qualities it can seem difficult to find at times. You can't find it like you would on a roll of tape with a fingernail. The best way to find it on a new roll when you can't see it is to look at the roll as a whole and find the thickest portion. Once you've used a portion of the roll, you can make a small tab at the end by folding a small portion over onto itself to make it easier to find. I've been using Coban since 1990 when I became a nurse and it's been in my first aid kit ever since. It's a must have! ... show more
