We received the bassinet that had minor issues, I reached out and the company replace within the same week I reached out. We love the bassinet and very thankful for a company that cares and replace so promptly! I recommend this product, both of my daughters have purchased as well and love it. Beautiful, big, and spacious. Love that its able to rock, just wish it was smoother. Otherwise it’s great. Im not due until April, so i’ll have to see how the baby likes it and come back with another review, but I love it and am happy with my purchase.

As a dog mama with aging pups, I have been looking for a way to keep them secure and still allow them to feel part of the pack at night. Seniors tend to have accidents or fall off the bed but with this bassinet, they are secure and I can wheel them around the house while keeping them out of traffic. They can also sleep right beside our bed and not miss anything. My oldest weenie dog has a strict bedtime of 7:30pm and she asks to be put in her blankets for bed. She loves the bassinet. I should have purchased one sooner. The mattress is easy to wash and the walls wipe clean with a damp cloth.
