This figure is awesome! The level of detail on this figure is amazing. I really loved the Optimus Prime from the Bumblebee movie because of the G1 inspired look. The eyes light up and he is very posable, but you must be very careful with this figure. Read the instructions carefully to avoid breaking any pieces. This is one of the reasons for the 4 star review instead of 5. I feel as though the figure should be much more durable, especially for the price. But if you loved the way Optimus looked in that movie, you won't find a more detailed figure for this price. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love the look of this figure. Looks like it came right out of the Bumblebee movie! I really like the character design - keeping elements of the original Transformers while still looking different enough to warrant a new line. The joints are strong and tight and the figure is very posable. Add it to its included stand and you can pull of even more poses, even aerial ones. Extremely detailed and immaculately painted. There are even such fine details that are included which you might never see, but they're there. Such as several layers of the back/spine that are revealed if you have him crunch forward. Super happy with this purchase - worth the price. Lots of die-cast adding to it's heft. You know you're getting a quality item as soon as you pick it up and feel the weight. Plenty of alternate hands, and the ion blaster is massive - almost as big as Bumblebee is tall. Having a removable ammo clip with a bullet showing with the gun is also a neat small feature that you might not ever see. ... show more

Every thing is made of plastic, only finished to look like metal. It may be heavy, but I suspect the only metal part is the frame inside where the plastic connects to and they made it that way so it will be heavy. Appearance wise, it looks good, but not enough to support the price tag of $249.99 Articulation is a joke, 53 points? You can’t even swing the arms back and forth, or move the feet. The hands are too difficult to attach, and again, made of plastic. I kind a like the magazine of the plastic gun can be detached but it‘s too loose… DISAPPOINTED. ... show more
