The first thing I want to say is that this product is a truly high tech and top quality cooktop. The finish is absolutely top notch and looks like you paid a fortune for it. Not sure where some of the less than favorable reviews are coming from! It's a huge leap forward from the cooktop (GE) that it replaced. The jets are precise and it includes a double boiler add on for the large (fifth) burner. Like all great chefs LOL, I refuse to cook on an electric stove! Let me also just say that I needed a white cooktop due to committing to all white appliances and this is white glass with a subtle, but elegant stainless steel banding around the edge. If you have an older 30 inch cooktop you may have to enlarge hole by 1/4 inch other then that it has everything needed all burners work but one was a little tilted under the grill but still works or I would of given it 5 stars across the board also came one day early

I needed a temporary replacement stove top pending a remodel my kitchen. And I wondered how far wrong can you possibly go on an item with good reviews? For those who are interested in the finer details, the stainless part of the stove is not easy clean as it'd seem. The burner takes a while to heat, but once it does the low temp setting is too high. That's my biggest gripe. The simmer is more of a high simmer. On the lowest setting, the pot bubbles frequently. If you like to cook, simmer or braise - maybe not the best choice. Purchased this for a rental property. You can’t beat the price compared to name brand prices. My only complaint is the directions aren’t simple for install and the fitting(s) setup takes time to figure out. Other than that, it was a great purchase.

First off, this wouldn't be so bad if there was an option for returns. The seller does not accept returns. We got this stove top and realized that it was inferior. -When we turn the burners down, the smaller ones go out. The cast Iron pot supports rusted within a week.
