This fit perfectly into the existing hole in my counter. I am impressed at the quality and workmanship. I ordered the 10" depth sink to replace my old 9" double sink. This sink is deep, roomy and very good looking. The installer had trouble making the provided clamping clips work as our cabinet left insufficient room on the front and back to attach them. Smaller, simpler clips would be better. Otherwise, the installation was good. Provided accessories are fantastic. The drying rack is handy but everything must lie flat. The vegetable rinsing tray is handy and roomy. The wire rack that sits on the bottom makes sense as to preventing scratches and dents. Our water is hard so we are hoping it won’t get calcium buildup, but time will tell. We think the smoother finish will help prevent the buildup. ... show more

Bought this sink to replace our original kitchen basic,boring and dull sink. It was a perfect fit and the color is awesome! The extras are pretty cool. I had the same issue as others unfortunately where the area under the glass cleaner doesn’t drain down to the sink. It’s like there is no slope there. In the sink is kinda the same way… it’s not as sloped as it should be so some water does pool up in the sink. Not a lot but some. The clips that hold it underneath are as cheap and crappy as can be but I made it work. Make sure you look at the instructions on how they install by bending the tab. I didn’t at first and it was a nightmare. Also if you have to put another hole in it for soap or water dispenser… good luck! It’s made of very thick stainless steel. Make sure you have the right drill bit for stainless and something to punch a hole for thick stainless. But after having the sink in for almost a month… We love it overall and it looks amazing in place! ... show more

No template to go off of, but we were placing it into an existing rounded corner 16 x 20 hole, so we just had to cut to make it bigger than 16 and square off the corners. Color is nice, no scratches yet. Cutting bosses cover is level and fits nice. Cleans nicely. Right side lip has slight warp so a 1.5 inch section is not flush to the counter. We wanted to replace the builder grade sink in our mobile home. When i started shopping I realized that the 33x19 sink we have is an odd size. This is only 1 of 2 sinks that I found in that size in this style. This particular sink was a bit more than I wanted to spend but i decided to get it because it had all the accessories that I wanted. We installed it today. It fit our opening perfectly. It is a nice heavy weight stainless much thicker than the one we had. It looks and feels expensive. So that makes me feel better about spending the money even if it was over budget. As others have said the clips are a pain to install so be prepared. The accessories are also well made. Everyone who’s seen it immediately loves how this turned out in our tiny home. We had it installed when the countertops were done. So all I had to do was install the faucet and connect the waste plumbing and supply lines. And I love the cutting board. Time will tell how it holds up.

I recently purchased the Bokaiya 33 Inch Drop-In Kitchen Sink with Glass Rinser Combo, and my experience has been a bit of a mixed bag. Let's start with the positives. The installation process was a breeze, and I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to set up. The sink, when finally in place, looks fantastic, especially paired with the faucet and sink basin strainer of my choice. The overall aesthetic is sleek and modern, making it a visually appealing addition to my kitchen. However, my enthusiasm is dampened by the fact that the item arrived with noticeable dents on two sides of the thin metal. This was disappointing, and it felt like a quality control issue during the manufacturing or shipping process. While the dents don't necessarily affect the functionality of the sink, they are definitely an eyesore and take away from the otherwise polished appearance.
