So far this chain is awesome! I've tested it in vinegar and it had no reaction - and then I tested it in salt water overnight and it's still the same steel color. It's also VERY hard to break with pliers - so I know it's real stainless steel. I wear it as a bracelet everyday and it has not tarnished or broken. You get a good amount for the cost.
