As of today, it began to freeze with a weird glitchy stripe at the buttom. My ps5 Pro is still running perfectly fine. I have to turn it off and back on, then it’s back to normal. 10 mins later, it happens again. Over and over again. I’ve changed HDMI cables, I’ve even tried the other HDMI slot, and still happens. If ANYONE knows how to fix this please help me, because I love this monitor and it’s a shame I’ve barely had it for 6 months. ——————————————- I want to update this review, they have personally reached out to me and sent me a brand new one. And it’s running amazingly! Again only time will tell, but I am very appreciative for them to send me a new one because this has been truly my favorite monitor. It has a beautiful big screen at 4k! And with 120 and VRR , you just can’t go wrong, I’m sorry but it’s hands down perfect for the price which is why I can’t thank them enough for sending this one.     • This monitor does not last.
This was a good monitor except the brightness, which I was able to mitigate somewhat via my graphics cards settings. I bought it Nov 25th 2025, then on the 20th of October 2025 the monitor started freezing. For a second I thought it was the computer but my other monitor was still working. This monitor showed a frozen video with the audio of the video still going. So using the power button, I turned it off for a few seconds then back on. Then a couple of days later it did it again and about three days later it just froze back to back. As far as windows was concerned the monitor was not there, but the apps on that screen were not moved over to my secondary monitor. So unfortunetly to save money I made a bad choice. ... show more

Honestly, looking at some of the reviews can be overwelmcome but I would just buy it if I were you. Please use DisplayPort if you want 4 K 144Hz. The monitor does overheat SOMETIMES but barely, and I love it, I've been using it for a year, and it's great! Great customer service. For those of you that are saying there isn't any/support, you need to click on your order, click on the Cunpu-us name next to Sold by, link is https://www.amazon.com/sp?ie=UTF8&seller=A56XY9T01AJ82 and then proceed to ask your questions and write your concerns to the seller. They will get back within 1 day. So, I would have probably given similar bad reviews I see here - my issue was intermittent black screens where the monitor would reset. I had even gotten to the point where it would go all black with lines all over. But it turns out that the issue was not with the monitor but the "cable", in my case. Make sure your cable is labeled as VESA certified - you can find them easily here on Amazon, I ordered this pair - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0922RPZZH - and problems went away. Trash monitor. Do not buy. I had this monitor for 3 months when it crapped out. And in that three months I might have 5 hrs play time on it probably even less. It was ok for 4k videos and stuff like that but gaming sucked on it. It does not look like a 4k monitor but that's why it's cheap I suppose. But it started getting lines across the bottom of the screen and now it just turns grey with lines everywhere. My other monitors work fine so it isn't my PC. Just stay away from these no name supposedly 4k crap monitors ... show more

    • not g-sync compatible
I received this monitor a couple days ago but nvidia control panel doesn't recognize this as a gsync compatible device and will not save any changed settings (e.g. setting the max frame rate to 144). While testing out some games, the screen would go black for multiple seconds frequently and it appears that anytime the fps dips below 144 is what is causing this. I turned on freesync from the monitor buttons but that did not make gsync work successfully. I'm going to try and figure out but would love some guidance from the manufacturer before returning this. ... show more
