Arrived in package and was exactly as described. Easy to access instructional book that came with it. Like that has more than 1 reusable bag (other products only had one, but I like to decorate with multiple colors). Used reusable bag with melted almond bark for cupcake toppings and with 2 colors for frosting. Tips were super easy to swap out with frosting in the bag - I tried almost all of them just to see what they could do! Easy rinse with hot water before swapping out frosting colors with reusable bag. I did have to trim the tip of the reusable bags to get them to fit over the plastic connector pieces. Used frosting smoother and comb for a cake. Would HIGHLY recommend. Note: it was easy for me to use, but my 12 and 11 year old tried and was harder for them to get used to right away. We'll keep practicing with them - I think having more pliable frosting may have worked better for their younger hands. Cake, cupcakes, and chocolate cupcake toppers in the pic were decorated using the set.

I have not used this product, so I can not rate the actual product. I accidentally ordered two different kits, so decided to return this one due to the pretty misleading photo showing this kit much larger than it actually is in real life and the other had a case. May still have all the stated items from the listing, but so tiny compared to the photo. Props for efficient packaging though.
