I bought these for my ceramics. Work well at cone 6. You can use fine sandpaper to remove the minimal corrosion from firing.

The media could not be loaded. I used these in some small mushroom ornaments I'm making. I did bend the wire a bit to better suit my needs and it handled beautifully. I put these in leather-hard, dark brown stoneware and fired twice, bisque at 06 and glaze at cone 5. This was also a great value for the money. I plan on continuing to buy these. This is way better than cutting and bending every wire. Its long enough to be used many different applications and easy to cut with wire cutters for smaller projects.
