Honestly I wasn’t going to buy based on some of the reviews, but I’m glad I did. Great value, they came super fast and they sublimate well. I see that some reviews say they don’t iron on but I think people don’t realize that you have to remove the paper backing before ironing on the patch. They actually adhere beautifully. If there is a question about size, they are actually 2.5” in diameter.

I was really excited to try these out and when I used my hat press they did not ahere to well at all. They would be best to stitch on a hat. Was really looking forward to an easy process.

I would absolutely buy these again as I’m sure my family and friends will want more made – this is only my third project since I got a printer with sublimation ink in it. I think they came out pretty good for my first time doing badges! These badges are good. I have an iron them on yet, but if they don’t iron on good, I can always sell them on no problem. I use 400° for 35 seconds, one of the images smudged, and I think that was because I pushed down and I probably shouldn’t have. I will be doing more testing that theory out. But for the most part, these are really great badges. I do have a graphic design degree so I scanned in all three size badges, and then I drew the inside space of the badges so that I could get the images to fit perfectly. I would suggest doing that unless you just wanna put an image on with a lot of white space around it. Would definitely buy again love these badges!!

I like the patches for sure. The only reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because the adhesive did not work after pressing it so I hot glue gunned it. If you are sublimating the shapes as pictured, the design size for the rectangle should be 2.28 (H) and 4.01 (W) and design for the shield was 3.33 (H) and 2.75 (W).

I did read the measurement of the patches before ordering- but was just hoping it might look better on. It looks okay from the pic I posted- but it’s just way too small, especially compared to the other patches I ordered- but unfortunately the other patch has curves and hard to get many designs to look right. Wish the company would make a larger rectangle patch and that would be perfect!!!!

Sublimation on these were good. I ironed them onto a hat. They are a little thick for that. So they didn't lay down good.

I chose these as the first patches to learn how to sublimate on. I followed instructions and results were better than I had expected. The size is just right. I did have to wait and let the patches cool before removing the heat tape that held the design on for pressing. This allowed them to stay flat. If I removed the heat tape too quickly, the patches bent super easily.
