It fits well in the carrying case, and the strap makes it so easy for transport. It comes with two sets of plastic mallets, a shorter and a longer set. I got this for my 11 year old son, hoping it might spark his interest in music, and so far, it's been a hit! He likes experimenting with different note combinations, and I like that he's actually learning musical basics without needing a full drum kit or piano. The best part? It folds in half and comes with its own carrying case, so it's super easy to store. The whole kit includes everything you need: four mallets (two pairs) and a shoulder strap for the case, which makes it feel like a thoughtful little set, not just a random instrument. The media could not be loaded. Wow! I’m impressed how clean this sounds! I will probably upgrade the mallets, but even without that, the glockenspiel sounds fantastic. Had a good time playing “Heart & Soul” with my wife. Definitely worth the price point! Will probably use this in some of my home recordings moving forward. The carrying bag that comes with it is a nice quality, and the glockenspiel folds nicely into it with ease.

I got this glockenspiel to add to my musical instrument collection. It looks fairly nice and sounds good for the price. It's nice that it is foldable for easier storage. The instrument itself seems well-made, but I with that the mallets were a little nicer. The black ones are ok, but the yellow ones are a little bent and harder to aim.
