These are great ! Really nice quality they don’t seem like they would break very easily. The colors on them are adorable, they’re fairly light, I’m somebody who has very long, thinner ish hair, I absolutely hate hair ties! I was really trying to find something that could hold my hair without having to tie it four times to the point where it’s so tight it gives me headaches, if I don’t, my hair, just falls out all day! So annoying, with these I’m able to literally just pull it open, wrap my hair around my hand, pull half of it through and just close it up with little to no effort, I used it for a full day, my hair did not come out of it one time and still stayed in place, for that I am very impressed! I’d say this would work on all hair types, you won’t be disappointed, I will be buying more 10/10 recommend !

It took a bit to learn how much to stretch them out. I saw the dimensions online, but mine were smaller, or so I thought. I thought I had already reached the stretch limit and I couldn’t get my fingers through to grab my hair. I finally pulled more, thinking, if they break, they break. But they actually did stretch to the correct size and were easy to put on. I have fine hair and am glad I bought the velvety covered ones and they hold my hair well. After the trial, I ordered more for the females in my family for Christmas.

I have to put a follow up to this review. I was starting to notice my ponytail going further & further down my head during the day. Just yesterday I had my hair in a normally placed ponytail and after 5 hours it was at the base of my head! Pretty disappointed. I was getting incredibly frustrated with this. My hair is thick and wavy and trying to pull my ponytail through was not easy. That being said, I found a way to simplify this and reduce my frustration. For me, I have to put my hair into a regular old elastic holder, pull my ponytail through this holder, slightly close and then remove my elastic band. My ponytail is full and looks beautiful. It also holds my hair in place all day.

I have VERY thick hair. I wear it up every day. In a ponytail, then wrapped in a bun, and held in place with one of these “bird nest gadgets”. It will actually hold my hair all day & all night - if I forget to take it out at night & sleep with it up. I love these because they are so quick & easy to use.

This thing is a game changer! I have medium-long hair that occasionally drives me crazy. I have tried putting my hair in a bun, but I could never make it look good. I know that the messy bun look is in, but mine looked far too messy. I saw the reviews for this and thought I'd try it. It really is so easy to use! I just twist my hair up, plop the open bird's nest over the top of it, and squeeze it together. Done! It's so easy, I can do it without a mirror. One of the best hair care items I've ever bought. And I've bought a lot!

I have a hard time with using many hair clips due to an injury, but these are easily used with one hand. They slide open and closed easily and cup a hair bun snuggly. I think they give a clean look and feel comfortable wearing them. I like the velvety finish it has, and I haven't had any fuzz come off of them. They are made well and seem to be of quality. The colors are just as pictured , and they will look good with most of my wardrobe.
