I was looking for more of a tinted lip balm, ummm this was not "tinted." It says lipstick in the discription so that was me just not reading and ordering based off a picture. I am used to color changing lipsticks going really pink on me and this was no different. There is not shine or plumping that I could tell. Color does last forever but it was just to vibrant pink for me. Gave it to my mom and it didn't go near as pink on her. She has warm undertones where I am cool.
