Good for adding/removing fluids in measured amounts.

My use is to remove automotive fluids in measured amounts. I use one for motor oils, one for brake fluids and one for other fluids. This does not cross contaminate the fluids. The product works best with thin fluids rather than thicker fluids found in differentials. It also is great for removing\adding fluids out-of-position in hard to reach places. A bit hard to use

I don't want to be too hard on these because I purchased them for an unusual use. My wife broke her jaw and has to eat everything through a straw. After a while trying to suck everything through a straw can be difficult, so I purchased these to use as a way of getting blended food fed to her. Works pretty well but after a single use they become very hard to push and the plunger becomes extremely hard to pull out. In fairness, the quality of the syringes is pretty good. ... show more

These worked fine for my application

While these have catheter tips, I didn't buy them to irrigate catheters. I bought them to slurp up the gritty water that accumulated over time in the hopper of my countertop ice maker. Much bigger than I thought

When I originally purchased these, I really did not know how to gauge the size, as I have never had a use for them. But using them to fill my lip gloss tubes, they are too bulky. However, they are a great product and when I will need them when I have larger orders to fill, I will use them again.

I ordered this set of syringes to remove brake fluid from reservoirs and they (it) should do well. You see, this is a set of three syringes with tubing. The package is a ziploc type bag that was put into another thin plastic bag. Great protection from dirt and water but not from breakage. Two of the three syringes arrived broken.
