I ordered this item to replace the bamboo vegetable holders I had that fell apart. This is very classy even though we are putting it inside our pantry. I got the 4 tier, which is 3 baskets and the nice wooden top (mine is brown). It seems to be sturdy and the baskets will bend down for easier access. Assembly was relatively easy (30 minutes) and quite intuitive with supplied photo instructions and all tools included. I had a slight snafu with one screw for attaching the top (too wide), but item is still nice looking and functional as is. This stand has casters, but we did not attach them (our preference), so I can’t speak to their functionality. I chose this stand because it sits off of the floor and has multiple uses and hopefully will keep us more organized. I really like the quality and look. Definitely recommend.

The only reason I didn’t give this four tiered shelf unit five stars is because it was missing one of the little rubber wheels on on of the drawers. I didn’t notice until I’d spent too much time putting it together to disassemble and send back for replacement. The other complaint I have is that the directions are adequate, but just. And with those vents, I’ll go on to what I like. It has wheels that include locking casters to it will stay put. The drawers are roomy with enough space between them to allow for storage of all kinds of stuff (I use two of them for little cans of catfood). I also like the fact that it has the nice shelf on top which is where I can put paper bags of ripening produce. It’s lightweight however and would do badly with heavy items like Dutch ovens. But it’s neat and trim.

Love the size of this product. It fit perfect in the bottom of my pantry. The sliding baskets however don't slide smoothly at all. The baskets stick and since it's a light weight product you have to hold shelf to keep it from sliding while you unstick the basket. It's fine for now but we will likely replace over time.
