The charging station gets a full five stars due to quick charging ability and the self-retracting cords. The connector ends are up to industry standards. The reason that I gave this only four stars is because of the super thin plastic that the clam shell mount is made of. When I tried to open it up to slip it over the brace of my headrest the plastic cracked in two as if it were made out of a Saltine Cracker. The engineering with the rubber insert and the spring loaded toggle clip is great, but the plastic used for the clam shell is way too thin and too rigid. I had to create a new clam shell using my 3D printer with ABS plastic that was 3mm thick. Just to prove to myself that a flexible clam shell can be created with the proper plastic at the proper thickness. I give NextUS an "A" grade for their electronic design, an "A" grade for their engineering, and an "F" grade for their use of thin brittle plastic in the clam shell design.

This is a very sturdy, well built charging supply hub. It has retractable pull out cords that lock into place. Pull again and they retract back into the charging hub. It has a micro USB cord, a standard USB-C cord and a USB thunderbolt lightning cord. You can use this in many different locations including your car, your desktop, any place you need an array of different connectors to declutter your space. It is very portable and transferable. It has fast charging and allows you to use all 3 connectors at once. This hub needs to be powered by a different power source. It will connect to a USB-A fast charge power source in a cigarette lighter in your car or house wall connector power supply brick. I use this in my car mostly but I'm also thinking of getting one for my home office as well. Great versatility and a great way to unclutter your surroundings. Works fantastic! 5 Stars Highly recommend!

I bought this to help keep my kids devices charged when we are in the car on longer drives, each has an iPad with different plug ins so this solved the problem of cords all over the place. I really love that the cords are retractable, it makes it so nice to keep the car clean when they can just be pulled right back into the holder. The charging capabilities are not amazing, I would say that the charging is okay, it at a minimum will keep the device at the current battery power while it is being used. Its a good addition to a car that you want to keep nice and tiny.

I got this to use on a long car trip, but anticipate using it at home also. It allowed me to charge my iPad and two other devices while I drove. My phone charger was plugged into the second USB slot of my power plug. When I reached my destination each evening everything was ready to go without delay. I can't comment on how fast it charges because I left it charged in for the 5-7 hours I drove each day. The only thing I found annoying is that it's designed to clamp onto a headrest post, meaning the power cord drapes across the middle console. I was driving by myself so I still mounted this charger on the passenger seat, but turned it to face forward. I recommend this device.

Universal” has a lightening cable for iPhones and USB-C and a Micro USB, which I have an adapter to make it a USB-C since we don’t have much use for Micro USB these days. I got this for our trip to Florida, so those in the back can access USB power. The retractable cords should keep things tidier. It is bigger than I expected.

This charging station is excellent for the car, as it can be mounted under the head rest for use in the back seat. I will also be using it on my desk top, so I'm glad that the rubber feet are included. You can stick them on the underside of the unit. Now I don't have to search for the right type of charging cord when I need, as they are all in one place!

This works well to charge. It stays securely into the cigarette lighter area when it's charging the devices. It has cables for both Andriod and Iphones. The wires pull out fine, but can get a little sticky when you try to retract them. That makes it so you have pull it so hard that sometimes it you pull it right out of the socket. Overall, it charges everything quickly
