    • Perfect for My Great Pyrenees on the Farm!
Number of Items: 1
Review Image by French French
I recently bought the Pawfit Dog Collar for my Great Pyrenees, and I have to say, it's been a game changer! Living on a farm, my dog spends a lot of time patrolling the property, so I needed something that would keep track of him, especially since he’s often out of sight. The Pawfit collar has exceeded all of my expectations. Pros: -GPS Tracking: The real standout feature for me is the GPS tracking. I can always know where my dog is, even if he's out in the back fields or wandering near the woods. The tracking is precise and updates regularly, which is a huge peace of mind for someone who has a large working dog on a farm. -Durable: The collar is built to withstand rough conditions. My Great Pyrenees is tough on gear, and this collar holds up to all the elements — rain, mud, and even scratches from brambles. It’s sturdy and comfortable for him, with no signs of wear after weeks of use. -Long Battery Life: Another big win is the battery life. I can go several days without needing to recharge, which is important when you’re out in the field. It’s really convenient for days when we’re working long hours, and I don’t have to worry about the collar dying on me unexpectedly. -Easy Setup and App Interface: The Pawfit app is easy to set up and navigate, and I can track my dog from my phone. It’s intuitive, and setting up geofencing zones (so I can get alerts if my dog leaves certain areas) was a breeze. Cons: -Size and Fit: While the collar works great for my large breed, it might not be as well-suited for smaller dogs. If you have a smaller dog, it might be a little bulky. However, for a big dog like my Great Pyrenees, it’s a perfect fit. -Price: The Pawfit collar is a bit on the pricier side, but for the features and reliability it offers, I believe it’s worth the investment, especially for someone with a working or farm dog. Final Thoughts: I’m so happy I purchased the Pawfit Dog Collar! It’s given me the confidence to let my Great Pyrenees roam freely without worrying about his whereabouts. Whether he's guarding the livestock or enjoying a run through the fields, I can track him with ease and know he's safe. Highly recommend it for anyone with a large or active dog, especially those living in rural or farm environments! [In the picture he also has an apple tag on because our kids love to track him on their iPads] ... show more

    • Amazing! Simply amazing

Tried 3 other trackers before this one… I’m keeping this one!!!! It does everything I need. Accurate tracking within feet. App shows which way the phone is pointing in association with the where the tracker is. Alert is a little slow to notify when it left the safe zone but it still does the job. Customer service was very prompt and very helpful. I would recommend this to anyone ... show more

    • Great low-cost tracker
Number of Items: 1
I bought this in September 2024 and it's a great way to track your dog without being too pricey. The app works great and the pricing plans are reasonable. I enjoy the multiple features that app has including an active map, safety zones, step counter, activity history, and multiple alert features. A few weeks ago my original unit died, not sure what the issue is, and even though it says waterproof, my dog swims daily with it, so who knows? The customer service was top notch to replace quickly under warranty and once I got the new unit, I was easily able to switch to the new tracker. Great device that is affordable. ... show more

    • Week signal and a kind of glitchy.
Number of Items: 1
I bought two for my dogs and they were kind of a pain to set up, plus the connection is weak in my area, half the time they don't even register with the app and both have glitched out. After charging them and they started constantly saying the power on phrase over and over again. I had to let them die over a week to charge them again to get them to work again. The monthly cost is not worth it for the quality of the service. ... show more

    • 2 have died in 2 months

Ordered on 6/12/24. The tracker arrived the next day and it was fast and easy to setup. It worked perfect for 4 weeks then the red LED started flashing and it would not function. We tried all the troubleshooting steps without luck. Support was responsive and shipped a replacement. It took about 1 week to arrive. The 2nd unit performed fine for 4 weeks and it also died. Neither of these were physically damaged. When it working it's really a good app with good options. Our AT&T signal is good where we live so coverage is good. We have owned a couple of different brands of trackers over the years and we had high hopes for this one. I have just completed the steps to get our 3rd replacement and if this one dies also I suppose we are done. It doesn't appear the hardware is tough enough. The label notes that it's designed in UK and made in China. I'm glad I've been buying a month at a time on the subscription. It was tempting to purchase the discount for a year, but my past experience with trackers gave me pause. I will update this when I know more. ... show more
