I just received and installed these pedals, so these are my preliminary impressions: Beautifully made.: Fit and finish are flawless. (I selected the anodized red pedals) Clever installation: Instead of having to use an open end wrench to tighten these, which is often awkward, these tighten using an allen wrench from the backside of the crank arm. Functionally excellent: I am using these on my recumbent bike, a Rans V-Rex. Because the pedals are out in front of the cyclist, rather than below, one either needs to use clip-in pedals, or this studded type, to avoid having feet slip off inadvertently. Since I dislike being physically connected to my pedals in emergency situations, these are an excellent alternative. Foot plant on the pedals feels secure and stable. Finally, at this price, the quality is remarkable. Of course, time will tell regarding durability. But based upon initial impressions, and already a few dozen miles of pleasurable biking with these pedals, I say, give them a try... ... show more

They look good, very sturdy construction, and make riding my e-bike easier and more enjoyable. They fit well and were easy to install. I recommend if you want a good looking, non-slip set of pedals on your bike.

Amazing. Great price. Easy install i ride 9 miles a day and 20 on Sat. I use a trail sneakers for biking and these light weight pedals offer an amazing hold for mountain bike riding. Plus the variety of colors make any bike look expensive.

I like to push my fat tire e bike pretty hard on dirt trails and some extreme hills I tackle are so bumpy your feet fly off the pedals and your forced tyo jump off mid way up the hill cuz you needed the foot power to succeeded. I got these pedals and I beat those hills up now and am able to barely power up them but my foot does not move from where ever I put it on that pedal. I can tackle stuff safer now cuz I am not forced to jump off mid way up an extreme hill that requires battery and all your pedal power to get to the top. So yea, if you too want to make these hills your bitch, take it from this 60 year old man who doesn't realize he`s 60 and get this if you ever have conditions like I talked about here. Your problems will go away. What is a bummer is two days after installing, a car knocked me over and scratched one of them all up and grinded it on the street. but still performs. I was stuck with my shoulder out of socket trying to get off the street because my knees were burning and I could not get up. I asked the driver to please help me get up because my knees were burning and they sped off and left me. I had to roll on my side until I was out of the street as it was a very busy main street. I never felt so disappointed in my fellow man in my whole life. guess I will get another set cuz I don`t like scratched up stuff but will have to wait another month being on disability it is hard to squeeze little purchases out like this but it was well needed. Tomorrow is going to be a better day. ... show more

Until I installed these MTB Pedals on my bicycle I didn't know just how important that pedals are to a stronger pedalling ability and to the security of not having a foot slip-off and causing the rider to do what motocross riders call the "Flying-W". "Butt-over-tea-kettle", if you will. WOW, what a difference these pedals made. They have a large surface area, they roll like glass, the little screw cleats keep my shoes from slipping off the pedals and just generally give me more confidence when I ride. No kidding, just these pedals, raised my bikes riding quality to a whole other level! Don't hesitate to buy them, especially if you have stock plastic pedals. I can't compliment this product enough and the improvement they made over the stock plastic pedals. ... show more
