The grey color was nice because it did not stand out. It blended with the metal color of my walker. Unless you want to shout, "Here I am using my walker!" this is exactly what you need.

Maybe I don't have much arm strength, but I have trouble getting these balls on the walker. I had to cut the opening a little bit larger to do it. The first ones I used lasted about two months. They last longer if you use them only indoors, but they can't last too long if you are going outside on concrete, sidewalks, and parking lots. I just put on my second pair, so I suppose they will last about the same amount of time. I'll be using a walker for a while, so I'll be buying these as long as I use it. I think the balls work better than the sliders, but some people might prefer those. ... show more

These were advertised to fit on the bottom of a walker, but the slits made in the ball weren't large enough to fit over the walker legs either with or without the cuff on the bottom of them. I was putting them on a very basic walker, so it wasn't as if the legs were larger than normal. It was just that the slits were too small. So they had to be cut to slide over the bottom of the legs which is difficult to cut. Then, almost immediately they started to wear out. If this wasn't such a temporary need for a walker, I would have to replace them relatively quickly. I wouldn't purchase these again. ... show more
