I got these for my son's Yamaha Moto4 200, which is an '89 and original parts are basically nonexistent. They bolted right up using the original bolts and because the originals were 11" and these are 11.4" they created a little bit of positive camber which is not a bad thing on a quad. I did not really have a chance to put the quad through its paces on rough terrain but after a short ride I would say they are plenty stiff enough on the lower setting and I would put them on a full size quad such as a 350. They really helped the ride and handling. Time will tell how long they last but I am very happy with the initial outcome. ... show more

  • XR70 needs modification
The shock is the correct length and the spring rate felt similar to OEM and there was decent dampening. However, the shock end bushings stick out and are too wide for the XR70. I used a hack saw and a sander/grinder to reduce the with of the bushing.
