Have had this for over a year now and it's working as expected. Picture is not the best in class but it works as a work monitor. Colors are good and light bleed is minimal. You're not going to get deep blacks or vibrant colors but for the price, it's a good deal if you just need something. Now it's even cheaper than a year ago and I would not hesitate to get it again for what I use it for.

I bought this to replace a monitor i used for homeschooling. We use it to mirror the laptop screen so the kids can see from the classroom. One star is removed just because adjusting the volume of the built-in speakers is not possible. We deal with it. Our class is quiet when videos come on but any background noise, makes it nearly impossible to hear. If you need good speakers, this isn't what you want. Super easy to set up. Nice and light. Good base. Very sleek.

after a few weeks one monitor started shutting off on its own another monitor a month after that started doing the same thing. I contacted AMAZON for help and they sent me to the manufacturer website. The manufacturer website has no support or way to contact them Amazon had me reach out to the seller in the amazon app. The seller responded "Your order is not in our system. It is fulfilled on Amazon. Please get in touch with Amazon directly for a replacement." so now I have two out of 5 monitors that went bad during the warranty period and no support or way to get a replacement. I would not recommend nor would I purchase any Norcent products.

I’m not a tech-nerd so take this for what it’s worth. I have been working from a small laptop computer for the past 20 years. I was always working remote. I now have a job with an office and desk and someone suggested I get a screen to help me view and manage all my projects better. I didn’t want to spend an arm and leg so this one seemed fine. It’s done exactly what it needed to. It was easy to assemble and easy to connect to my computer. The screen is clear. This seems to be a great value for the money. I do enjoy seeing my work on a larger screen. I am pleased.
