I am 5'7" and normally wear a 14 in pants. I ordered the 30" inseam, XL. The waist fits perfectly and the length is to the ground. I love the feel and flow of these pants and plan to order another pair in a different color, perhaps in a 28" so they don't drag on the ground.

I think I must have been looking at the incorrect size chart when I ordered these, because they do not fit me at all (too small). You definitely want to make sure you have plenty of ease because the thin, shiny fabric will cling and show panty lines. I believe if you look at the size chart and order one size about your hip measurement, they would fit okay? However, these are most definitely excessively high waisted. I needed to roll down the waist band to have it land in the "high-waist" location (still higher than in the picture) without having the seat and the crotch drooping down very low. In general, I am kind of okay doing that, but in this instance the openings to the pockets end up blocked. They state that the inseam is 30 inches, and I measure it at 31 inches, which would actually be okay for my leg length but might be a difference that matters to somebody else. To wrap this up, what I like very much about the pants is the way that they did the side seaming. They used a side panel so that there are basically two side seams instead of one. This is a flattering/slenderizing detail that compensates for the "wide" aspect of the legs. That was a smart thing to do. I'm torn between 3 stars and 4 stars, quite frankly. I rounded down because I don't think most people want to buy pants that don't fit correctly without rolling down the waist band.

Such nice silky pants. Too bad I can't wear them. I'm 5'4" and 148 pounds, and I ordered this garment in x-large so they wouldn't be tight. Unfortunately, the "elastic" waistband has almost no give to it. I can just barely pull it over my hips and up to my waist, though I'm not especially thick in the middle, and I don't wish to wear anything that tight and uncomfortable. I'm not returning it because I'm hoping one of my slender granddaughters can wear it.

THESE PANTS ARE VERY NICE AND THEY ARE MADE VERY WELL WITH NO UNEVEN SEAMS AND NO LOOSE OR HANGING THREADS. THESE ALSO RUN TRUE TO SIZE ~ FOR REFERENCE I AM 5' TALL AND WEIGH ABOUT 120 POUNDS AND I BOUGH THESE IN A SMALL AND THEY FIT GOOD. IF THEY HAD THESE IN AN EXTRA SMALL I THINK THOSE WOULD HAVE FIT BETTER HOWEVER THESE WERE FINE BECAUSE THEY DO HAVE A WORKING DRAWSTRING. I WAS GLAD TO SEE THAT THESE CAME IN A SHORTER INSEAM ~ I CHOSE THE 26" INSEAM AND THEY FIT NICE. I WASHED THESE ON COLD AND DRIED ON MEDIUM AND THESE DIDN'T SHRINK FADE OR PILL. THE MATERIAL IS VERY SOFT AND BREATHABLE AND WILL BE NICE IN THE WARMER MONTHS. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THESE.

I am 5'6 and 225lbs I normally wear an xl/2xl. I got these in a 2xl 30" inseam to be a little roomier. The length is perfect but the waist runs on the smaller side. It was a little snug getting up but were comfortable enough to wear. They were cut/sewn a little weird because one of the pockets sits a bit further back than the other. The fit is just off a bit. I unfortunately picked white and that was a mistake on my part, with the cheap, very thin polyester material, they are totally see-thru. These will not be worn outside my house! Not worth the $32 being charged.

These were a surprise because I took a chance and ordered them sight unseen (well, there was an illustration). Fortunately, they fit well, and the fabric is slinky and not clingy. There is much stretch and I have a couple of complaints, The way these are slit in the front it can be a cute style, but these barely cover the leg when you are seated, so you decide if this is a style you might like. I am sure it is alluring for some, just not for others. These are wide-leg pants, and the shaping is very flattering. The color is beige, and some beige is not the same. Just check the photos. These are so comfortable and will keep you cool. I will definitely wear these as lounge pants in the late summer. Wash these in cool water in a gentle cycle, and drip dry. I would gift these if you love them. You can always add a t-shirt or crop top to the gift bag. As a long pant, you can't go wrong with comfort, and maybe you love the style, too. If you would like, Amazon delivers with a customized greeting if you select gift packaging at checkout. These are not too costly, and they are cute. Enjoy!
