Kids love it but it’s not a water slide, it’s a bounce house with ball pit. The ad is a little misleading. Quality is not commercial, it’s a step above the toddler small bounce houses. Also it’s smaller, so I would say 2-8 on age. Big kids will destroy this bounce house, so if you want it for smaller kids it’s great. A little pricy for the quality. I’d send it back but it’s heavy.

I haven't yet unfolded it and inflated, but all over the online description it says Max weight 450 lbs , but the box I received says 350lbs max. Also the description mentions a presale and after sale team. I went to the Amzon store and found no helpful contact information. I'm keeping it and using it on April 5th for a bday party, but I think the description is misleading.

Extremely disappointed with this product for the amount of money paid. We maybe got 10 uses out of it before it started inflating wrong and rolling over on its side. It is unusable. A very big waste of money.
