The media could not be loaded. Comes well packaged. That was the only positive. 85% assembled. Rear fender makes contact with tire (preassembled part) NO way to adjust to not make contact with rear springs and tire. Rubbing notice from first ride. Less than 1/4 inch clearance from tire in rear at both (front and back) of rear fender. This rubbing led to melting tire, cables, fender and bike dead short shut off. Vendor will not claim defective product, does not approve return or pay for return shipping. I PAID $594 to return freight this disappointment to the seller. After they receive it am only refunded $1200. $1100 restock fee. Seller stated I caused damage by tightening the fender bolts, and that they needed to be loosened (rediculous) no position would prevent contact. Further points: rear tail light was broken and later found to not even be wired, the lead was covered with black tape from mfg. No turn signals and no serial number makes it not road legal and unable to be licensed as a moped. Plus very unsafe. Overall quality was thin and cheap on; the wires, the plastic covers, and the charger. Very disappointed in this brand. Buyer beware. ... show more

Using California Department of Motor Vehicles form REG230, one can apply for a special "motorized bicycle" (moped) permit. Answer "yes" to four easy questions and sign, pay the one-time $23 fee, and get your tiny permit plate. Your state may vary, but CA is one of the most restrictive in the U.S.
