Bought these for my daughter’s new apartment. We’ve used at least 10 of these over the weekend to keep prepped foods that need to marinate. My daughter also used these to pack her breakfast and lunch for work. Nice size and you don’t have to worry about juices from food spilling out the sides when turned over in your bag. I say this because I flew a 2hr flight with rice, veggies and meat I prepared in a storage container in my luggage that I checked and when I reached my destination, there wasn’t a drop in my suitcase or in the bag I placed the food in just in case. I purchased these to provide meals for a friend. I placed a serving each of protein, vegetable and rice (or quinoa or pasta) in each 20 ounce container, then placed a label on the lid and froze them. She placed one in the microwave each day for her dinner. The portion was perfect. They cleaned well in her dishwasher and she gave them back to me to reuse. I really wanted to like these items. They stack together and store beautifully in our cabinet. They are advertised as leak proof, durable and dishwasher safe. First of all, they are not leakproof at all. Put anything remotely liquid in them at all and turn it on it's side and it will be all over your meal prep bag. But... I figured I could deal with that, I pack enough of them together so that nothing falls on it's side in my bag, so a leaky lid isn't that big of a deal. But sadly, I have had to throw away nearly half of the stock of them already because they crack. I do all my meal prep in one day and I'll pack food in them and pick them up and there will be a puddle of something under it if there is any sort of liquid in the container. I thought "okay, well maybe it'll just be this one" and I throw it out and then the next week there's another. I've thrown so many of them out that I'm not sure I can even return them at this point for a refund, even though my refund is available through 1/2021. Lastly, they warp in the dishwasher as well. They are not durable, and they are not dishwasher safe. I strongly do not recommend this product. ... show more

I was really disappointed when this food container came in. I wanted a containerfor when I made salads to take to work so when I saw the picture of this container, I thought I found just the right one. Something not too big but had a deep container body and the cover /lid that wasn't flat but ballooned up some. So when this came in, I was very disappointed. It's not like the picture! The body is very shallow! Too shallow that I thought of returning it with a complaint for false advertising. I didn't, but instead I just threw it away. Very disappointed. I think the container construction is fine but if you buy it thinking you're buying the one you see in the picture, it's not! Be warned!! ... show more

I ordered these a few months ago and they have been great. Some are broken, some got lost, so I bought more. Well the new ones are not the same. I'm not sure why they aren't the same as I went through my old orders and just ordered it again. But the new ones are very flimsy and even arrived broken. This is a high quality product, better than I expected. I meal prep for my elderly mother who needs containers that aren't next to impossible to open with her arthritic hands. These fit the bill perfectly. They are more than secure, but easily open for her to use in the microwave, etc. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for something for left overs, or to prepare meals (salads, sandwiches) etc., ahead of time. I got these because my family was having a party, and my mom always makes WAY too much food. The goal of these being that we could give everyone left overs (without having to give away good tupperware, or putting everything into gallon ziplock bags). For that purpose, these were fantastic. Everyone was happy because they got some leftovers, without having to worry about what happens to the tupperware. Bought them to use as disposable salad containers for baby shower, but they were actually much more durable and nicer than I expected. Put some in the dishwasher and keeping as leftover containers.. they have held up great.
