A Great General Purpose Battery

This is a good general purpose battery for anything needing a portable 24V power source. One of the advantages is that the battery can hold its charge for a long time. This would make it very suitable for the project or application where the user requires power for a longer period of time. I particularly like the 9000mAh capacity since it allows an extensive amount of use before the battery will require recharging. Charging is straightforward and the battery has been completely reliable in its normal use. The whole pack feels reliable and solid and it performs according to my expectations from a rechargeable lithium battery. In terms of its price tag, the battery is indeed worth the money. In general, I am satisfied with the battery and I would give it four out of five stars.

Lighter, Faster, and Longer Lasting

I bought this battery to replace the stock battery in my nephew’s electric motorcycle, and so far I’m really impressed with the upgrade. The first thing I noticed was how much lighter this battery is compared to the original. That may not sound like a huge deal, but on a small electric motorcycle, the weight difference is noticeable. The bike seems to accelerate a little quicker now, which my nephew was definitely happy about. The other big improvement is the runtime. We’re getting noticeably more riding time out of a charge than we did with the original battery, so we aren’t constantly having to stop and recharge. Installation was pretty straightforward, and having the wiring and charging accessories included made things easier. I also like that this has a built-in battery management system for protection against things like overcharging, over-discharging, and overheating. It gives me a little more peace of mind when it’s being used in something that gets ridden around by a kid. My only real caveat is the charger. It gets very hot while charging, much hotter than I expected, so I definitely recommend being careful with it and keeping it somewhere with good ventilation while it’s plugged in. I don’t think this warranted a deduction in stars though. Just be careful. Overall, this has been a great replacement for the original battery. The lighter weight, better acceleration, and longer runtime make it a worthwhile upgrade, and my nephew is getting more riding time out of his motorcycle.

Best battery I've found
Set name: 24V 9Ah
I was looking for a new battery for my model rocket launch system. I need it to repeatedly dump the maximum possible current into a 0.7 ohm load (an Estes Igniter) in approximately 1-second bursts. It also needs to be reasonably small and lightweight. Most batteries I've tried have so much internal resistance that they can't supply anything like their nominal voltage across such a low resistance. The best I had tried, a 9.6 V NiCd, dropped to 7.1 V, providing a current of 10 A, for 70 W. This battery has a nominal voltage of 24 volts. The label claims a maximum current of 10 amps, presumably for a continuous load. Connected across my 0.7 ohm test load, it maintained a voltage drop of 21.8 V for several seconds. That's 31 A, or 679 W.

Good Replacement Battery and Comes Ready to Go

So far this battery has worked exactly as expected. It’s a convenient replacement option for compatible 24V equipment, and I like that it comes with the charger and wiring rather than leaving you to hunt down additional pieces separately. Everything arrived looking good and the battery feels reasonably well put together. Charging is straightforward and I haven’t had any issues with it during use. Nothing overly complicated here — it does what a replacement battery is supposed to do, and I’m happy with it.
