They work so much better than the stick on felt tabs we used first. The felt tabs constantly came off. These were easy to put on, they stay on and work great on our hardwood floors. The back legs on our stools are bigger than our front legs, yet the large size works on both. The elasticity makes the difference. Highly recommend these!

Be sure to measure the dimension of your chair legs cause it fits very tight. Otherwise it makes the chair move so much smoother and seems to hold pretty well.

Our kitchen uses an engineered wood floor. My wife is VERY focused on how the chairs slide. For years we have been using self-stick leg pads with so-so results. These silicon 'booties' appear to be a significant step up, particularly in the fact that they are not dependent on self-stick tape to stay in place on the chair leg. They 're affordable (not cheap. . ) and install easily. I'll never need to use Goo-gone again to remove sticky, but ineffective residue from chair leg pads. Durability is still an open question (installed yesterday), but I'm optomistic.

I put this on some dining room chairs. The front legs were larger than the back, so we had to buy two sizes. This larger one has a nice thick base and fits snuggly. It is important to measure because it would be loose on a smaller leg and may come off.
