This is a fake wreath, so yes, up close it looks plastic. However, from even a foot or so away, the wreath is very pretty! I like that it doesn’t have the typical fake wreath material that sheds everywhere. The style looks quite natural, the pine cones and berries are nice touches. I’ll use this without the sign & may attach some ribbon to hang it by. It looks great on the front door!

I purchased the 22 inch Christmas Wreath w pinecones last December, I paid full price & initially I was very happy w it. Due to the type of greenery used & the amount, this wreath is not very full which means it's IMPOSSIBLE to achieve the look shown in stock photos; Regardless of how much you manipulate & fluff it. But, I was OK w that bc I wanted a simple winter wreath anyway & I thought it was beautiful when it arrived! I have a covered porch & hung this on my front door. I planned to remove the red berry after Christmas & use it all winter. However; I placed my order on the 3rd, it shipped on the 6th, I hung it on the 10th & I threw it away on the 1st (New Years Day!!!) Although the description states this wreath can be used outside, the greenery is the LOWEST QUALITY I've ever seen & it literally faded from pine green to lime green in less than 22 days!? I wish I had taken photos before trashing it but I was so disgusted, I never even thought about it! I absolutely, 100% regret purchasing this wreath; Especially considering I paid $32 for it to hang on my door 22 days (That's $1.45 a day!!!) I've purchased so many clearance wreaths from craft stores @ $3- $5 & NONE of them have ever looked like this after an entire season of use!?!?! This doesn't deserve the 1* mandatory to review it!!!
