First, they did the just holding the rim on but rusted the next rain we got 3 days later they need better paint. That is beyond acceptable. Second, they lumped these together in one plastic bag where they all bang up next to each other during shipping. Third, the seating part of the lug where it meets the wheels is uneven. It's hard to capture but it appears wavy and if I set it on a flat table, it's obvious that the seat isn't fully flat. And fourth, there are a lot of uneven threads.
