I got a backless dress for a wedding and was a little concerned about how I was going to get the lift and coverage I needed for my boobs. I usually wear 34DD, and I bought this set as well as another set (looks kind of like an off-center tear drop shape) just to test out both styles. The other set I got was SO thick! It looked horrible and you could clearly see the outline of it under my dress. This set, on the other hand, is thin and conceals really well under clothes!! It tapers off to a very fine edge all around, so there are no bra "lump" showing, and it doesn't create a weird bulge around my boobs. I wore these for over 10 hours throughout the entire day of the wedding, danced a lot, and worked up a sweat several times. These never slipped or came off. I loved the lift it gave me, and there was no nipple poking out. After the wedding, I peeled them off, and you could clearly see sweat, yet these stickies stayed stuck! I ordered the D/D+ and I am a C at best, and these were still pretty darn small, covered the boob itself but didn't have any spare to stick to ANY of my chest to hold it in place or anything. Would work well as just padding/nipple cover in a structured top, but wouldn't do anything at all for a looser top if your boobs are any bigger than a C.
