This camera beats Ring camera by far with quality and features. EASY quick set up. You can screenshot any part of a video. Night time is clear as day. Motion sensor light is great to warn unwanted guests as gives off the indication someone is awake and just turned the light on. Audio is perfect, you can hear anything in atleast 20+ feet of the camera. My absolute favorite is that it’s solar powered and you don’t have to worry it’s going to run out of battery or have to have the inconvenience of climbing up where you have the camera to get the battery’s out and charge them then climb back up to put the batteries back in and reset and reconnect the cameras. I don’t live where there’s much sun, even in the summers and I have had no problem with the solar keeping charged. I only plugged it in for the Initial set up and not once since then! This is our first experience with security cameras. We bought three, mainly so we can monitor at which door the delivery drivers drop off our packages. Having wireless cameras with solar battery recharging capabilities and the option not to use a storage subscription service were features we were looking for, and so far we have been really happy with our purchase. We also purchased 128gb micro SD cards for each. After charging the cameras via usb overnight, the setup and hardware installation process was relatively painless. We followed the instructions of connecting the cameras to the network before installing them at their locations and were done in minutes. Adequate mounting hardware was provided so we didn’t need to use any aftermarket screws or mounts. Cameras – They seem well built. The mic picks up sound nicely and the alarm is loud. It is nice having the two small built-in floodlights which can be activated through the app along with the intercom. The video quality is decent and the night vision works well, providing excellent viewability. WiFi Connectivity- We have our router/modem setup at one end of the house and the camera furthest away is on the opposite end of the house, approx. 70ft, with several rooms in between. There can be a slight delay when waiting for the camera video to show on the app, but considering it is at the fringes of our wifi range, etc, it has performed and been more responsive than I would have expected. Solar Charging – In the couple days of use, the battery levels have not dipped below 80 percent. And they have all charged back up to 100% via the solar panels. We do benefit from our house being situated up on a hill and exposed to sunlight most of the day, but so far no worries about battery life. The cord for the solar panels is approx. 5-6ft long, which was more than enough for our installation needs. Weather – One of the cameras is installed where it is not protected from the elements. We have already had one day of rain, so of course there were water droplets on the outside of the lens which impeded visibility. The camera withstood the rain with no issues and functioned as expected. The protective rubber covers do a good job of sealing up the power/reset buttons and micro SD slots. The opening for the USB/solar panel cord is also well designed to help keep moisture out. App - It takes a little time to get familiar with the CloudPlus app and all the available camera settings, as you would expect the first time using a new app. It has many settings and features to go through, which were more than enough for our needs presently. Being able to view the videos recorded to the micro sd is mostly seamless, again it takes a little longer with the more distant camera due to signal strength. Cloud Storage – There is a free 7-day trial of the cloud storage services. It seems like it is $2.99 for one month of service, per camera. There are other options available so pricing may vary. There was not much detail on it (which has been my only disappointment so far with the whole system) so we are only trying out one camera for the month program to start. This gives us the ability to view the camera while away from home, otherwise you need to be connected to your home network. And with the couple times we have used it, it seems to work well enough for our purposes. We have been very happy with this purchase, and it has been a great starter experience into the world of security/monitoring cameras. ... show more

Easy to setup, no monitoring service required. It's relatively easy to setup motion alerts, with humanoid detection. Add an SD card for local storage. I have bought multiple of these and very happy so far. Don't expect cinema quality video, but for the price these are just as good as Arlo, or Ring at fraction of the price. The included solar panel helps keep them topped up after an initial charge, but the panel must be in bright sunlight to be effective. I have had one camera working for over six months with no need to charge. Another lasted four months before I topped it up. I recently purchased the DF220 wireless camera powered with solar panels and I must say I am impressed with its performance. This is a 5-star product and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable surveillance camera for their home or business. The first thing that caught my attention about this camera is the fact that it is powered by solar panels, which means that I don't have to worry about changing batteries or connecting it to a power source. The built-in 5000mAh battery is enough to keep the camera running for 365 days, and even on days when there is no sun, it can still be powered by the battery. The camera is equipped with 2 floodlights that provide color night vision, which is perfect for capturing clear images even in low-light conditions. The 1080P picture quality is exceptional and the video is smooth without taking up too much network bandwidth. The intelligent PIR detection is another feature that I love about this camera. It can detect human movement and reduces false alarms caused by insects, leaves, rain, and snow.
