The volume of the Mylar balloons is insufficient forward to float when filled with helium that you can purchase on Amazon. These Mylar balloons or disappointment. The rubber balloons float if you inflate them to greater than 9 inches in diameter. The mylar balloons in this kit are not worthwhile.

Pics #1 & #2 was once we got balloons blown up. #3 specialty balloons in kit were almost impossible to blow up and had to tie up with 2 or more other balloons to get to hold up. Also in pics 1-3. #4 this is what the ended like after 3 hours! This was for my sons HS GRAD PARTY!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! OH and the main balloon actually 2 balloons (probably more my husband just didn't tell me!) POPPED! I MEAN THE BIGGEST ONE THE MAIN ONE! Followed directions "to the T" POPPED! My best bet would be go to the Dollar Tree and and spend $1 per balloon and they are ALL foil not mixed!

This is what was described in the description section for this product, however I received 32 latex balloons, 1 Graduation Cap, 1 Graduation Diploma, 1 Owl, 1 Black and white "You did it foil balloon and one Gold Congrats Grad foil balloon. I never received the trophy and the other foil balloons that make up the 42 pieces. Disappointed.

I ordered these balloons for my son's graduation party. The picture shows balloons on strings with a bow and in a bunch as if standing straight up. I realized later that since they are latex, they will not stand up straight unless filled with helium. The count said 36 but since the picture shows strings and bows, I thought they were part of the count. Package includes ONLY 36 latex balloons. I ended up going to a store and paid 1.10 per balloon to be filled with helium and they stayed inflated for about 6 hours. I thought they were better than I could have purchased at a dollar store but not sure they actually were, and they cost me more money.

I was very disappointed with the Mylar balloons. 1 out of 5 Mylar float like they’re supposed to with helium. The “CONGRATS GRAD” had a hole in it so did not hold helium. The owl and diploma balloons DO NOT FLOAT as it shows in picture! The latex were good.

I liked this set since it is all in one and price was great. If you want to buy all of that separately, let's say at Target, it will be more expensive - which I had to do since my set arrived a day too late so sadly I had to return it (hence 4 stars). I'd have loved to get it on time and was super excited about all the things that were included.

The penguin and the diploma did not float and it was very difficult to inflate the cap balloon. The balloons are cute and a good value for the money - they just don't all float. There was also a hole in one of our other mylar balloons.
