Description

The high-flow, cat-back system features larger than stock, 3" diameter piping.This system is also made entirely of T409 stainless steel, providing you one of the most durable and affordable exhaust systems on the market. Even better, all pipes have been manufactured with CNC mandrel-bend tooling, allowing for unrestricted airflow. This system also features a straight- through, perforated-tube muffler for optimum exhaust tone. To complete the look, a set of round, dual 4" diameter T304 stainless steel tips have been chrome flashed and designed with a rolled edge. As with all of Roush’s round exhaust tips, the traditional Roush wordmark has also been neatly stamped on the end, letting everyone know that you mean business.

I absolutely love this exhaust; it's loud, but not too obnoxious - it's got a tiny bit of drone, but not too much and it's easy to drown out (either with music, or opening windows / sun roof). The install is super easy, and this exhaust system comes with everything you need (minus basic tools). The existing exhaust may be hard to get off if it's rusted bad, and you will need a sawzall to slice through it if you don't want to drop the rear sub-frame. ... show more

The Roush 3” cat back bolted easily and solidly, with very little need for final adjustments shot of the twin outlet section and stainless tips. I wound up using the stock rubber hangers. They work and hold the exhaust up tighter to the chassis than aftermarket kit I had bought. The main reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the 3100 RPM drone at highway speeds, otherwise it’s a great upgrade. ... show more

Installation was a breeze, sounds awesome and not too loud to daily drive. Very good exhaust setup for the Focus ST and not too expensive compared to the competition. Mine rubbed the rear suspension a little bit but this was remedied with a hose clamp to hold it out of the way. I recommend the Torque Solutions aftermarket exhaust hanger kit for some extra support. ... show more

Love how easy to install! Great sound and looks good on my TB ST, this is a must have for anyone that wants a noticeable sound that's not ricey sounding it dose drone at highway 70+ speeds and if you don't have the Cobb exhaust mounts it shakes more but nothing outrages I have the stock ones on now, I will install the Cobb ones at later time! Great buy just in for my birthday and only took 3 hours total to cut out the old and install the new! ... show more
