I purchased one of them “open box” and had no issues what so ever. The mirror is a matte black with a background of oil rubbed bronze. So it goes nicely with gold, black or ORB fixtures. It looks like quality control is an issue with this product. The pics I saw on here made it seem like it was a great purchase. When we got our mirrors, there are 2 major flaws. First both mirrors we got are slightly bowed or twisted. Basically that causes two issues. One, its not flush with the wall. Two, the reflection is distorted like a fun house mirror... The other issue is poor craftsmanship. Lines are night straight, lots of bent edges. worst of all, In the spacing between the mirror and the frame you can literally see the glue reflected on the mirror. I really wanted to like these. Great mirror. Packaging was secure, but it could be better. Super easy to install, but directions would be nice too. This mirror is solid and heavy. Picture isn’t distorted at all and arrived very clean and clear, with the exception of a little dust on the interior black frame. Frame is straight and very well done. My only issue was several inches of cracked black finish on the inner crevice of the frame (picture included) White is seen through the cracking. Sharpie marker can’t fit on the crevice, but luckily I have some black paint that I’m going to put over it. However it is hardly noticeable so if I never paint it you would never notice unless you looked very closely. ... show more

Love the look, but the welding was horrible. There’s some sort of greasy substance that continues to seep out of welded area. We wipe it off but after a few days it looks dirty and greasy again! We ordered two from another well known company with no visible welding and it was a flawless design. Unfortunately, we have to swallow this loss! We missed the return window! Update: We messaged the seller with no response! They probably don’t care because we missed the return window! Will definitely not purchase from seller again OR recommend! I really like this mirror. I looked at the reviews and bought the gold instead of the black. It’s more of an antique brass/bronze. I bought an oil rubbed bronze lamp and this color works well with it. Nice quality too. The vanity in my small bathroom is 30” wide this size mirror works well. So these seem like decent mirrors that are a good size. I'm not sure why they used the archaic style of hangers on the back? There are so many better ways to hang something like this and because it's a metal frame you can't add your own, better hangers. To make matters worse, they're not in the same spot on both mirrors so getting everything aligned and centered is a nightmare. I'm pretty handy, like remodeled my entire house handy, but this style of hanger shouldn't be used on a picture frame, much less a 20 lb mirror. I do like them, I will keep them, but man they're a pain to hang. If you're not handy, prepare to spend hours or pay someone else to do it. ... show more
