This Review is for the DITRIO brand 8 Pods Metal Aluminum White Rock Lights with Switch Wiring Harness, 744LEDs Super Bright Underglow Light Waterproof Led Lights for Trucks Off Road ATV UTV SUV,Plug and Play,Easy to Install ($59.99/8pods) Nice setup. All plug-n-play, as all pods are designed in one continuous wire installation. Comes with instructions, but may not be needed. This set comes with everything necessary for a proper install, right down to the screws and zip ties. The pods are all encased in an aluminum housing, with clear PVC covers to show off the 93 LED 240lm 6500K pure white brightness. These things are like mini spotlights. Plenty of brightness to be able to place them far apart. So, on a standard vehicle, you can do 3 on each side, and 1 each on front and rear. Definitely gonna show up and light up your ride. Comes with a switch so you can turn them on and off manually. Easy wiring setup. Looks overwhelming when you first open the box, but connect them up first on the floor and you'll get an idea of how easy the plug & play setup will be. Nice quality lights. We're going to use these on our Daily Driver, so under normal road conditions, these should last what's left of the life of the vehicle. We won't be doing any off-roading or mountain climbing, so the plastic lenses should last the life of the lights/pods. I am still curious, if one goes out, do they all go out? Not sure, and am hoping it doesn't come to that point. Overall, good quality, solid set that has my confidence. I give them a Thumbs Up 5 Star Rating.     • Bright pods that hold up off road

I put these pods on my truck for night driving on trails and around the property, and the first thing that stood out was how bright they are. These pods each throw a nice, wide, clean white light and it is very obvious that the light reaches the areas that my older setup could not. The metal housing of the light feels like it is made of a heavy and good quality material, not a thin one or a flimsy one. I have been driving through rain and mud a few times and there has been no moisture inside the lenses. Installation was mostly straightforward with the plug and play connectors. I did it in the driveway with some basic tools and I took my time routing the wires so that they would stay out of the way. The on and off switch is a great addition as I can turn everything off when I am parked and not have to worry about the battery. One thing that you should be aware of is that the light output can be a little too much in a close area such as a garage or a tightly packed campsite. Nevertheless, they are great for off road use, which was my intention, and they seem like they are going to last a long time. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. They're a decent quality rock light with very powerful LED lights. These suckers blaze. It took a bit to get mine, and it's now a little too brisk in my barn for me to have the motivation to install these, yet. But, I tested them interior, they function well, and the materials they used are of good quality. I've installed 3 sets of turn signals on my side X side and quads, a whip light, a light bar, and other similar items. So, since I haven't put these in yet, I'm quite familiar with the install of plug and play accessories. They did a good job of including everything you need for the install process. From zip ties, screws, bolts, adhesive pads, adequate amount of wiring, in line fuse, etc. I really like the inclusion of the two 4ft sections of extension wires (just 2 sections of wire with a male and female end and no bulb) so you can extend the reach of the lights as needed. I'm putting mine on a 4dr side X side, and that extra length might come in really handy! Some folks might be taken aback by the lack of a standard rocker switch, which I expected this would come with. I am personally glad it's the small button switch, because I have filled my rocker switch panel on my dash. I will be able to conveniently hide this switch under the steering column, and I'm appreciative of having that flexibility. Install will be quick and simple. Just get a wire fisher to help out in the process. The sections screw together easily and the only actual "wiring" will be adding a connector for the battery. I'll personally be wiring mine to a bus bar plug, and making the power ignition activated. If I had one complaint, I wish the wiring was set a little different like a single power point on the back of the lights (think of like each one a dangling light coming off the main wire) so it would be easier to conceal the wiring behind the fenders and so forth. I do not like exposed wires, so I'm going to have to do a little extra drilling to hide them. But, I knew the design of these when I got them, so that's on me. All and all, it's a nice set and a good value at the listed price. Don't be discouraged by the product box or the way it's packaged when you get it (kind of just stuffed in there).
