This is by far the best cell phone provider out there. A few of their customer service agents could use a refresher course. But I guess any one of us will get a little burnt out when growing so fast. ! agent caused my brother to cancel 5 lines with helium because of the rude customer support. I have no idea why someone would be paying for a cell plan anymore. Helium Mobile with discovery mapping rewards pays you $46/month. So by using Helium you are effectively making $26/month and getting free cellular coverage. Seriously try to find a better phone plan. You can’t. Wow I didn't expect things to be so nice for $20 a month. The sim was delivered and activation through the app was super simple. For only $20 a month you still get excellent coverage on T-Mobile. Just make sure you have an unlocked phone and you're good to go.

I've been using Helium Mobile since December 2023, and it's been reliable everywhere I've traveled in the USA, Hong Kong, and Taiwan. I recommend it—$20 per month + taxes with no contracts and unlimited data! I'm glad I switched.
