We purchased this for our son and it arrived in a timely fashion and was so easy to assemble. I was hesitant to purchase a bicycle online for the fact of assembly however you cannot find them in stores. So pleased to find this to be easy to assemble. The plastic for the rear brake handle was broken and the customer services was quick and prompt at getting us a replacement so the kiddo could go and enjoy his new bike! Piece... Of... JUNK! Bike arrived with the crank noticeably bent. Very stiff to pedal and skipped frequently.

    • Breaks would not work
There was something off with back breaks. We took the bike to the shop for professionals to make sure it all assembled correctly. They adjusted breaks but after few rides it was off again :( It is a birthday present for my son and I feel very unhappy that I have to go to the shop again to fix issue.
