I live where there are limited places to shop so do a lot of ordering. My daughter is a huge fan of giant balloons. We have to drive about 30 minutes to a store that has them and they cost $20-30 each. Once the helium goes down they are pretty much tossed. THIS IS GENIUS! Though there are NO instructions and they come with tiny clothes pins, I assembled it with the addition of some ribbon. There is a tiny straw in the package that goes into the designated slot on the balloon and the separate base. You blow the two pieces up with that..no big deal. I assumed the tiny clothes pins are to secure the ends but also added some ribbon to the inflation slot to better secure it. The bottom piece is a pedestal that attaches to the top. I wasn't sure how balanced it would be but it has been just fine. The price for two is fantastic and they can be deflated and used again. Great deal for parties on a budget! This was the worst balloon I’ve ever purchased!!! The quality is so poor that you can hardly work with it! Blew it up with a hand pump and when you have to push air into the top portion it burst! I didn’t push hard bet it was so thin but it burst anyway! Waste of time and money

The balloon is not deflatable and can only be used once. Filled before the event to ensure it held air and had to transport inflated.
