UPDATE 5/24/24 - I had the same problem with the replacement sent by the seller and, since my purchase was still under warranty, I contacted the seller again. It only took 2 days for me to receive my replacement chargers and so far, so good! They both charged fairly quickly, and I was happy with how fast my phone was charged. My fingers are crossed that these will have a better outcome than the previous 2 sets. UPDATE 1/19/24 - Upgrade from 1 star to 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5 stars) I contacted the company and told them that my 2 chargers had quit working. They sent me 2 replacements very quickly, and after 2-3 weeks, I'm very happy! Both chargers work great. I recommend this product and this company! UPDATE 12/23/23 - After 3 months, these are useless. They take a long time to charge, and don't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes. When I plug either of these in to charge my phone, they charge for maybe 10-15 minutes and then the chargers need to be recharged. And my phone is only charged a little bit. I'm going to try to contact the company, and will update this if they help me out. But for now -- A WASTE OF MONEY! First of all, I purchased 2 lightning cables for these chargers because the cords included are NOT lightning cords (as stated in the description). Both of the chargers worked great for the first month, then the white one quickly started slowing down . I can charge my phone when it's at 50% to 100% in about an hour and a half, then the charger needs to be recharged because it's down to one light. This will usually take up to 3 hours. The black one started to slow down about 2 months after buying them. It charges my phone fairly quickly, but the charger battery is drained after one 3/4 charge of my phone. It seemed like it was a good price for a good product, but not if they stop working after 1 and 2 months AND having to purchase lightning cords. Looking for new ones to purchase. These are really powerful little chargers. I bought them for a trip to a convention where I tend to use my phone a lot for photos and communications. The charge on them last for two days and if I alternate between the two of them, I only needed to recharge each once over the 7 days I was gone. They filled my phone pretty quickly. Even better, I dealt with a major storm that hit my area. When my power went out, I was able to charge my phone and the fans a friend loaned me overnight and then could recharge these at work the next day. This stuff is usually a hit or miss deal. Mostly a miss especially when buying online but this time it was pretty great. I have been able to charge this in about an hour and a half and it lasted hours for one phone or it will last at least 3 hrs for multiple devices. So far it accepts adapters and spliced chargers and charges basically all of our phones & tablets with no issues. *Update... So the white block seems to be great and holds an awesome charge, the black block doesn't fully charge to the last light and so I get less charge time from the black one. Just be careful and double check the charging packs when you get them not just from here but anywhere. Just make sure they work to full capacity. I was a bit excited to have extra power for my devices and didn't take the time to notice the difference between the two blocks. They are still very good for the price but definitely I would want the two to provide equal power supply. In the end they are nice looking and seem well made. I guess sometimes you get some imperfections with some items. I won't be returning because the process is just time I don't have any it does still work,it's just the one black block holds less charge than the white block they sent. 🤷 ... show more

They are constantly on their phones so I worry about battery life but these work well for them to hold them over till end of day. They charge fast and can charge multiple items but seems to charger slower if there are multiple things attached to it.
