UPDATE 5/24/24 - I had the same problem with the replacement sent by the seller and, since my purchase was still under warranty, I contacted the seller again. It only took 2 days for me to receive my replacement chargers and so far, so good! They both charged fairly quickly, and I was happy with how fast my phone was charged. My fingers are crossed that these will have a better outcome than the previous 2 sets. UPDATE 1/19/24 - Upgrade from 1 star to 4.5 stars (rounded up to 5 stars) I contacted the company and told them that my 2 chargers had quit working. They sent me 2 replacements very quickly, and after 2-3 weeks, I'm very happy! Both chargers work great. I recommend this product and this company! UPDATE 12/23/23 - After 3 months, these are useless. They take a long time to charge, and don't hold a charge for more than 15 minutes. When I plug either of these in to charge my phone, they charge for maybe 10-15 minutes and then the chargers need to be recharged. And my phone is only charged a little bit. I'm going to try to contact the company, and will update this if they help me out. But for now -- A WASTE OF MONEY! First of all, I purchased 2 lightning cables for these chargers because the cords included are NOT lightning cords (as stated in the description). Both of the chargers worked great for the first month, then the white one quickly started slowing down . I can charge my phone when it's at 50% to 100% in about an hour and a half, then the charger needs to be recharged because it's down to one light. This will usually take up to 3 hours. The black one started to slow down about 2 months after buying them. It charges my phone fairly quickly, but the charger battery is drained after one 3/4 charge of my phone. It seemed like it was a good price for a good product, but not if they stop working after 1 and 2 months AND having to purchase lightning cords. Looking for new ones to purchase. These were perfect when my power went out. Both batteries came fully charged and lasted for almost 8 hours each when fully charged enabling me to use not only the flashlight on my phone but the internet let me watch movies and that made these tiny little batteries lifesavers. They charged super quick just 2 hours or so and they were back to 4 lights indicating a full charge. The final light will begin to blink to give you warning that its going to run out and you need to switch the battery. Great price for what they do and roughly the same size as your cellphone.Would definitely buy again as a matter of fact I did 4 batteries was better than two for my needs and the different colors allow you to know what's charged and what's not avoiding the confusion. ... show more

After a 10 minutes the better pack turns off, which does not allow for anymore charges on your device, until you either unplug then re plug your device, or press the button on the side to wake it up. It’s annoying to constantly check to see if it’s charging or not. Other than that, I would give it a 5 star if those problems were fix. It charges nicely, and since it’s portable and light it’s a good option. Especially if you’re in a pinch, or don’t want your phone to be in an undisclosed location while you have to tend to business. Overall a good pick for its value. (My phone is an iPhone 11, so maybe my phone is not drawing enough power for the battery pack to stay on) Edit: it was my charger not the battery pack itself. Bought this in September 2020. I haven’t used them much and don’t recall if this was a function during that time or not. They still work great, but the usb-c port only functions for charging the power bank (input). It will not produce an output from the usb-c port - I have to use the USB-A ports to charge devices. I don’t believe this was the case when I first bought these, but I could be wrong. The fact that they still function after 5 years with minimal use (couldn’t tell you the last time I used or charged them) is surprising to me. For that reason alone, I will say these are great power banks. The fact that I cannot use the C port to charge phones or my go pro is why I knocked 1 star off (can’t verify if it was stopped to or not because they have a different model now). Just adds one more cable I have to pack for my vacation. Overall, I’m just glad that I still have them and they still work. Oh and by the way-I store them in a case that fits both of them in one protective case. They haven’t been used in at least 2 almost 3 years since I sold my Harley. Most batteries would have taken a crap by now and not held a charge. These still had 75% or more and still took a charge with no issues.     • Great Value for a Portable Charger

After having read some of the negative reviews, I was a little skeptical about ordering this. However, I am very pleased with the product. I have not been paid nor received products to write this review. I don't write many reviews, but when I do, I try to do an in-depth evaluation of them. In my testing, I used my iPhone XS, iPad 6th Gen, my Kindle Fire 8 inch, and my wife's iPad Air 4. About the battery. It's not very clear from the website or the instructions on what the ports do, but the information is there. It would be better if the company printed INPUT or OUTPUT on the battery itself. To summarize, this device has 2 INPUT ports (to charge the battery pack), a micro-USB and a USB-C port. The USB-C cannot be used to power a device. To test this, I plugged a USB-C cable into my wife's iPad Air 4, and the iPad started charging the portable charger. The 2 USB-A ports are what are used for charging devices. Charging times will vary depending on if you are using the device while charging or charging with it off. Some reviews said it will only charge their device once. It's important to note, this is only a 10,000 mAh battery. My iPad Air has 8800 mAh battery. The battery pack has only an 80% efficiency rate (no batteries are 100% efficient) so you will only get about 8000 mAh from it meaning it will charge my device only once. It will charge my phone almost 3 times however. For tablets, if you want to charge more than once, then a larger capacity battery is needed. To properly use a battery pack, let you device run down some, to approx 50-80% before using the charger. IF you fully deplete the device, it may not be able to power the dive and charge it at the same time. Now for the tests on each device: Apple iPhone XS It charges my iPhone while using. It charged 1% in about 10 minutes. While the phone was off, it charged 10% in under an hour, but my phone was at 88%, so it was near a full charge. It would charger quicker if it had a lower charge. Apple iPad 6th Gen This charged my iPad while using it. It is not fast, but it will provide a slight charge while using. While off, I gained 30% from 36% to 66% in 1 hour and 15 minutes. Apple iPad Air 4 Apple's new iPad with a high resolution screen and fast 8 core processor for CPU and graphics, the battery will only hold a charge, this portable charger will not charge the iPad while using it. While off, it charged the battery 10% in an hour and 15 minutes. It is important to note, you will have to get a USB-A to USB-C cable to charge newer generation iPads. If you plug the Apple cable with 2 USB-C ports into the USB-C port on the battery pack, the iPad will charge the battery pack. Kindle Fire 8 Inch The device charges while using. Due to its smaller battery capacity, it charged about 10% in 15 minutes. As mentioned before, this is great value for a battery pack for smaller devices. It will power tablets as well, but for devices with large capacity batteries, it will be very slow, and only provide one charge.
