I like the idea of this product. Maybe I was just using it wrong. I had it up on my whiteboard in my classroom, holding some papers. But it seems if they papers are too heavy, they bend over and look like they’re falling out.

Decided this would be great to have owner manuals for items in the garage handier than keeping inside in a file cabinet. Easily hangs on my metal AC air-handler in the garage. Only small issue: the magnet is plenty strong to handle several brochures, but apparently the weight was too much for the adhesive holding the magnetic material to the plastic file folder. I repaired by using a couple strips of 3M VHB tape (I'm sure various adhesives would work too). I suspect I exceeded their stated weight capacity, but they could easily have used a stronger adhesive. ... show more

I use these in my classroom to collect papers once my students are done with them. They’re okay. The magnetic back is great, they’re sturdy, but the pocket part only comes halfway up the papers which means the papers flop forward and bend in half. The pocket isn’t deep enough for the papers to stand up on them which is a bit obnoxious. ... show more

I ordered 2. I placed one on the side of the fridge and one side of my freezer. Recipes I had posted all over the fridge are neatly together in one file holder. The other holds how to cook some items I keep in canisters and other misc. coupons and such. Eeverythig is much neater.
