I was really happy and excited for this to arrive but my glass cylinder does not fit in the base it tips right over. Total waste Updating : Customer service did reach out to me and corrected the issue, the new bases arrived in a timely manner and fit perfectly. Thank you very much

The media could not be loaded. This has potential. The separate pieces all look nice. I bought a two pack, one cylinder was BROKEN and they are too big for the holes in the wooden bases. So it’s useless because they don’t sit upright. They tip right over. Disappointed.

Neither one of the cylinders fit into either base. Very disappointing that they don’t check to make sure they fit before we spend our hard earned money on a product that DOESNT EVEN FIT. 0 stars until they make it right. Update: I was sent another package and they both fit. Finally.

I was excited for this product because I love incense. Unfortunately, by the incense being upside down it burns extremely fast. Much faster than upright or sideways. It looks great but it’s not very practical since you will need to buy incense more often. 4 out of 10 rating.

Whoever designed this was a genius it is so easy and simple yet it looks sleek and elegant in my house and my house don’t look leaking elegant everybody who has seen them has asked me about them.
