I bought these for our golf cart. We don’t drive aggressively (it tops out at 19MPH and it’s on paved roads) and one of the whips is glitching. I’ll have it on the curtain down green and it starts glitching, stopping, and even changing colors. Don’t know why? But it’s kind of annoying. Outside of that, they are great. The app is awesome and user friendly and LOTS of cool different features (if both whips are working properly) Update (3/3/2025) I have been in contact with the seller for the past week and they have been VERY helpful and accommodating. They have set out a new whip at no extra charge and it is working PERFECTLY! They even sent out an extra small base for me per my request with no extra charge. Well, I will start with the positive things, 1. Lights are bright 2. The sync to the phone app easily Now for the negative.....I read a few reviews about the wiring starting on fire, and yep it does. Thankful I was idling parked in the driveway when I smelled burning. I seen smoke and opened up the back of my side by side to my surprise, a small flame and wires in fire. I got the flame out and disconnected the wires by cutting them. Installed per directions, I have installed other lights without issue, I am no stranger to these types of installations. The wires coming from the control box are very small and I think this is the issue, they wires get to hot before the controller. I want a refund. As you can see in the picture, the wires coating has completely burned off the wires ... show more

I have two rides on these whips and one has already stopped working. I have checked the connection at the whip and also at the battery and all is good just one whip stopped working.

Love the whips. Some of the best company support. Had a issue with mine yesterday. I had hardwired my whips into my rear left and right brake wires at the connector which goes to the tail lights. Also picked up the whips required 12v DC from the rear running lights. That way as soon as I start my buggy the whips go on. Didn't want to make mods to mount the switch nor run wires forward. Brake and turn signal functions of the whips work great. The whips will retain whatever light sequence was selected when the buggy was turned off. The whips are very well made especially when you consider the price. They aren't as bright as the Gorilla whips that I had on my RZR but then again they didn't cost $400. Yesterday I had a problem with my whips being locked into a constant left turn signal mode. Sent symptoms to MFG. They answered the today (the next day) with possible solutions and an offer to replace the defective parts if needed. In the meantime I found my problem to be a broken ground wire on my turn signals. Fixed ground, whips returned to full functionality. Phone app and included remote easy to use with endless light combinations possible. Highly recommended purchase. UPDATE: I had one function of the whips fail (stop/turn signal). Even though the product was well past the warranty period I contacted the company who supplied a new controller free of charge. The whips and mounting hardware are extremely well made and robust. Highly recommend customers consider this product. ... show more
