I initially bought this last winter just for a 10 day trip to Puerto Rico so I could easily haul my then 3 year old on hikes and while traveling. Since then, I've used this multiple times, including at a music festival. My 4 year old actually napped in this while we were at the festival. She loves it, and rarely complains about being uncomfortable. Now she's 46" and 45 lbs and I'm planning on bringing it with us to Costa Rica for the travel time + hiking. I know the weight limit is 40 lbs, but last time we used it she was 43 lbs and did great. No signs of wear on the seat or straps. I am a 6'1", 150 lb woman and thanks to the hip straps, am able to comfortably carry her for extended periods of time (even on tough uphill hikes!) I also like that it's a great core exercise when using it! Overall, awesome product. I really didn't think we would get much use out of this, but we really are! Definitely worth the money. I wish I had this when she was even younger.

The media could not be loaded. I have seen so many other bakpack carriers before purchasing this one. It met the budget, most of all baby and dada are both so comfortable with this. We don’t have any issue with it and have used this for several hikes already. The milk storage thats insulated works well and has enough space to store about 4 ounces of milk bottles with 1 ice pack. It comes with a diaper changing pad so you dont have to worry about that . It comes with an overhead cover for the sun or for the rain, you just have to change it really quick whichever is needed. If you dont need the overhead cover for baby, you can just keep it attached so you wont lose it or keep holding it. So much storage that you can bring extra clothes ,diaper , wipes, and baby’s fav toy. Husband stores his phone on the belt with the music on. You can also store your water tumblers. My baby is 6 months old , about 27 inches tall and 16 lbs , so far can go on for 1 to 1 and a half hr. Hike with us in this without a single fuss. She get’s to see what we see in a comfortable position. The item is very light it self and can be squeezed into areas where you want it to store (maybe when squeezed it’s about , 5-6 inches thick) we brough this to Yosemite, Stanislaus, El dorado, Sunol, and Reinhardt Redwood. So far, so good . Hope this helps. Will edit for any problems or any other necessary information throughout our use with this.

We are an outdoor family, and after the kiddo turned 1.5 and 20 pounds, it was a bit of a task to carry her in a baby carrier, so we got this one from Amazon but ended up returning it as we found it bulky. Then I came across this very same at a fraction of the price on the marketplace and decided to try it; this has been a total game-changer for our outdoor adventures. First, it's super comfortable for my little one and me. The padding is excellent, and the adjustable straps make it easy to get a perfect fit. One of the standout features is the diaper change pad. Having that on hand is so convenient when we're out and about. The insulated pocket is another big plus, keeping snacks and drinks at the right temperature. The backpack is sturdy and well-made, with plenty of storage space for all our essentials. I love how easy it is to access everything, even when we're on the move. The design is thoughtful and practical, making our hikes much more enjoyable. Pros: - Super comfortable with great padding - Adjustable straps for a perfect fit - Convenient diaper change pad - Insulated pocket for snacks and drinks - Rain and sun hood for weather protection - Sturdy and well-made with plenty of storage Cons: It can be a bit bulky for shorter trips - Sunshade is a bit smaller than Kelty or Osprey. My one year old loves this carrier. Its sturdy, secure and comfortable. He hates the stroller, this is the most functional travel product for hikes or simply walking to the store. When he falls asleep in it, its hard to get him out without waking him up, but its so comfortable and secure that he falls asleep in it quickly. The weight is light and the storage space is insulated.

We tested a LOT of different carrier models from friends prior to purchase of this carrier. I love the intuitiveness of this carrier, as compared with many others. The pockets on the belt negate the need for a pacifier clip, or to use pockets for keys and phones while on a hike. The small size detachable day pack is now a favorite for our child to carry around even when we're not on hikes. Our son is now a toddler, so we use the thermal pocket for fruits and veg, rather than bottles, but we are really glad to have a thermal pocket, considering that a lot of our hikes are in the desert. I greatly appreciate that this bag is all inclusive, with the sunshade, and insulated pocket all included, without additional hidden costs. The inside harness is soft, and the straps are the perfect size for both small babies, and larger toddlers. The only possible thing that I have occasionally wanted while using this is a pillow for the baby to nap while hiking, however, I have been able to use a wicking towel (yoga mat sized), rolled up, to get the same effect as a pillow and sun shade for little legs.
